Invest in B.C. for the PNP program
B.C. is by far the best place for foreign investors to invest in and immigrate to. In my mind, B.C. is one of the best places to live and invest. The PNP (Provincial Nominated Program) for investment immigration is the best, in my opinion as it works well and the time to process is the shortest.
B.C. has many resources to choose. It is a multi-cultural province that everyone works with each other without prejudice. In the last few years, many new Chinese immigrants came to Vancouver; along other immigrants from Korea, Middle East and other countries. Chinese likes to stay in Vancouver and others would like to move to Coquitlam and further East where the property value is less expensive.
There are a few classes of immigrants depending on the value of investments. They can be investment funds that you can invest without paybacks, investments that would cost over $400k and others lesser than $400K if the investment is not in Vancouver.

VBNF is commissioned to market a new Green technology using organic wastes to produce organic fertilizers. There are two kinds of organic wastes. First, any organic waste that comes from food or trees, plants, etc. the other is by using Chicken wastes as it contains excellent Nitrogen content, one of the best ingredient for organic fertilizer.
The advantage of such an investment is that you do not need to buy any material to make your product. Instead, people pay to have their waste dump and collected. All their end products are already sold to a company who sells organic fertilizers. The only cost is to build the factory with new equipment and a few workers to manage the plant. It also projects good return.
The company is now raising funding for building the factories in different cities.
This one is also eligible for PNP program. The company has worked out the plan with the Provincial government to make this a PNP program without the restriction to own 1/3 of the company.
