Canadian Senior and Low Income Housing solution

Senior and care facilities are needed to look after as the number of baby boomers is growing. While the house price is going up, so is the rental cost. The supplement from the government would have to increase to make the adjustment for the rising rental payment and inflation. However, if we can lower the costs and to provide low income housing to the needed people, the government can save money as the costs of housing would be under control and be kept low.
